TOCS provides PR support to the Academic Institute with
successful movie subtitle translation contest
TOCS supported the Kanda Foreign Language Institute to demonstrate their initiative in practical training of foreign languages.
For the inauguration of the new facilities, the institute assigned a famous movie script translator of Japanese subtitles, and TOCS helped organize a contest to create subtitles for one of the box-office Japanese movies. There were roughly 15,000 applications made online.
A high school on a remote island at Nagasaki applied for the contest,and as a result, an English teacher and 5 students representing the school were awarded with a special prize at the ceremony.
TOCS supported all media relations for the event, and successfully brought in a variety of media including local TV stations.
